Family Fun!
amazing slides present lifeguards relaxing loungers
The slides were such a hit for the kids. Lifeguards are always present near the pools, a super big plus! The sun loungers near the kids' club meant I could relax while still keeping an eye on my son, amazing thing.
The bar queue was sometimes long at night. It was a minor inconvenience.

The staff was always ready to help us, and they were always smiling! Customer service gets top marks. I really appreciated their attentiveness and positive attitudes, especially when we needed something extra.

I safe area, so important when you have children. The resort is smaller. This meant my children could move around and feel some independence. It really added to our peace of mind!

slippery stairs limited food
The main splash pool was closed. it said it was due to maintenance work, a fact i found quite annoying. this pool was one of the reasons i booked this place (.. ) my children injured themselves on the slippery stairs of the pirate ship. i think it was a bit hazardous. the food variety was not excellent to me. Most days it was almost identical. being vegetarian, i struggled to find suitable options. the pizzas tasted like cardboard, and the chips tasted dry and not fresh.

not so splash-tastic
noise problem food variety
the rooms where clean, so that was acceptable.
The noise kept me awake. there seemed to be a problem with ants in the room. I had to call maintenance to silicone the side. the food had no variety, and i had problem finding something i liked.

Decent Stay with a Few Hiccups

The hotel rooms are indeed larger than expected. I appreciated the spacious layout plus a nice shower was available. The resort has very nice pools for such a tucked away location plus I liked the adult pool. I found the staff pleasant and helpful.
The sofa was uncomfortable so relaxing was difficult. Some road noise was apparent during the night. I noticed the absence of cooking facilities plus no cutlery or plates were provided. I also discovered that this is a hotel, not an apartment.

the food truck was great.. the staff there were always friendly. the splash pools are shallow, so i did not worry as much about my young kids.

it's alright, i guess.
food quality moody staff
the rooms were kept very clean, i will say.
i had some issues at this hotel. the food wasn't great, everything tasted the same. also, some staff seemed moody, which really put a damper on things.

splashtastic stay
modern layout great balcony smart tv
I found the wrist band served as the room key. This meant i did not have to constantly search for it. the apartment layout placed me close to the main area and pools, nice for great balcony views. i also liked the smart tv, it allowed access to personal streaming accounts.
The pillows felt inadequate. They lacked sufficient fluffiness for a comfortable sleep.

The hotel had lidl right next door, offering convenient grocery access. Plus, i could walk to a huge shopping center within minutes. the beach was also easily reachable with just a short twelve minute walk.

10/10
I observed that the staff were friendly and always willing to help with any request, and i saw they cleaned the pools every morning. service at the pool bar was prompt. It enhanced the overall experience.
